• Account information: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive your email and subscription status — never your full card number.
• Product data: the minimum needed to provide the service (your site URLs, crawl results (URLs, status codes, anchor text), and redirect mappings. Crawls only fetch public pages; we never ask for your site's login.).
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
• We don't use your site's content to train models.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The product dashboard uses a single session cookie when you're signed in.

Data retention & deletion

Crawl reports are kept for the life of your subscription plus 12 months. Delete a site and its crawl history goes with it. Email us for earlier deletion or export.
