The service

LinkPatrol provides cloud broken-link monitoring and 301 redirect management, as described on this site. Features listed are the features that exist — we don't sell roadmaps.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Subscriptions start at checkout — no free trial is currently offered.
• Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal link or by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems.
• API keys are yours to protect; you're responsible for calls made with them.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No guaranteed outcomes

We monitor and report diligently, but we can't guarantee we'll catch every broken link (e.g., links behind logins or bot protection), and redirect application to your server depends on your setup.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We'll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
